“After doing a lot of research, I hired Total Repair Now to come and replace my failing AC and Furnace. I had researched what size system I currently had and some them pictures of the AC condenser and attic furnace, with model and serial numbers. We chatted over text messages about options and ended up on a 2 stage condenser and furnace from Carrier. No high pressure salesman, just friendly back and forth q&a. They came today and installed the unit. They were very professional and recommended only one additional item beyond the initial quote, which was a $100 charge to properly fix and reseal the duct work going into the main box. I was impressed and can recommend them highly. I elected to purchase a 5 year labor warranty from Carrier which allows me to use any Carrier service company, an upgrade over the two year direct labor warranty that Total Repair Now offered. The system is working great, and we got a great deal not going with the “billboard” radio ad companies in town. Like 40% off, but I had to wait a couple of days versus same day install. While we didn’t do it, you can buy a two day nice cold hotel room for a fraction of the savings. Great communication and great workmanship.”
