When is the best time to schedule a tune-up?
Spring (before cooling season) and fall (before heating season) are ideal. Members on the Standard and Premium plans are scheduled for both automatically. We send reminders so you don't have to keep track.
What's included in a tune-up?
A full inspection and cleaning of all major components — coils, drain line, filters, electrical connections, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls. We leave you with a written system health report.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes — maintenance plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time with no penalty. If you've already received a tune-up in the billing period, we prorate accordingly.
Do maintenance plans cover repairs?
Plans include discounts on repairs (10–20% depending on tier) but don't cover the cost of parts or labor for repairs. Think of it as an inspection + discount program — not a warranty.
Is the discount applied automatically?
Yes. When our technician is on-site for a repair and you're an active member, the discount is applied to your invoice before payment.
